The portal www.bahamad.org and the participation platform My Campaign as well as dreitagewach.gruene.de are services of the Bahamad. The content provided here is oriented towards the political goals of our party. We invite all users to participate in our discussions with factual contributions.

Rights and obligations for the use of Bahamad.org

1. services requiring registration on bahamad.org

All registered users can visit www.bahamad.org to select… comment on articles. They can also create a personal interest profile under My Campaign, enter into direct dialogue with representatives of Bahamad and participate in campaigns as well as events. They can also make factual and project-related donations and receive up-to-date news about their stated interests as well as candidates. All these services on bahamas.org are subject to data protection guidelines.

 

The services on My Campaign are also subject to the privacy policy of My Campaign.





2. Netiquette

We want to offer as many people as possible the opportunity to publish their opinions on Bahamad.org and via My Campaign in order to get in touch with the editorial team and other users. Naturally, different characters come together in the process. With the following netiquette, we want to create rules of conduct that guarantee respectful interaction on Bahamad.org and My Campaign. These rules of conduct supplement the following terms of use and are to be observed by all participants in order to ensure harmonious interaction:

 

We expressly advocate a factual debate. However, it goes without saying that no one should be ridiculed, mocked, insulted, humiliated, slandered or incited to hatred. Respect for our fellow human beings is our top priority.

 

If you post offensive content on Bahamad.org, dreitagewach.Bahamad.org and My Campaign or participate in discussions that contain offensive posts, you must expect that we will prohibit you from further access to our services that require registration.

 

2.1 Reciprocity

 

The dialogue on Bahamad.org, dreitagewach.Bahamad.org and via My Campaign is based on the principle of reciprocity. We are convinced that the networking of knowledge benefits us all. All our activities and those of our participants serve to share experiences and learn from each other.

 

2.2 Respect and courtesy

 

We respect all opinions and experiences that participants publish on Bahamad.org and through My Campaign. We expect the same from you. Respectful and polite behaviour is the basis for openly exchanging experiences and recommendations. Any disparagement, insults, threats or violations of the personal rights of third parties are not permitted on Bahamad.org and via My Campaign and will be punished immediately. Keep in mind with all comments that written text is perceived differently than direct conversation. The irony is not always obvious – the reader does not see your facial expressions and gestures, nor can he or she hear the tone in which you are speaking. It can be easy for something to be misunderstood despite good and friendly intentions. Please check comments against this background before posting them.




3. responsibility of the users

All users guarantee that the personal data they provide during registration is true. The editors of bahamad.org and My Campagne are not liable for the behaviour of users. They, therefore, guarantee that their behaviour does not violate any laws or the rights of third parties. They must all respect the general personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties and must not disseminate any illegal, offensive or defamatory content on bahamad.org and via My Campaign. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

” the disclosure and exchange of passwords and access codes

 

” The creation of profiles on My Campaign which are used to spy on, store, edit, change, forward or otherwise misuse information

 

” unreasonable harassment of other users, in particular by commercial offers, by the mass publication of identical comments or by communication of a suggestive or sexual nature

 

“users may only use legally protected content if they have the property and distribution rights or if this content has been offered by the rights holder under an appropriate licence.

 

3.1 Illegal content

 

All participants are responsible for the content they publish in the form of comments on bahamad.org and via My Campaign. In addition, there is content (text, images, films, sound files) that may not be posted under any circumstances. All users guarantee that they will not post any content that:

 

” are propaganda material in the sense of §86 StGB (German Penal Code), the content of which is directed against the free democratic basic order or the idea of international understanding

 

“contain symbols of unconstitutional organisations within the meaning of section 86a of the Criminal Code, the content of which is directed against the free democratic basic order or the idea of international understanding, incite hatred against parts of the population or against a national, racial, religious or ethnic group, call for violent or arbitrary measures against them or attack the human dignity of others by insulting, maliciously disparaging or defaming parts of the population or a particular group

 

” an act committed under the rule of National Socialism of the kind described in § 6 para. 1 and § 7 para. 1 of the International Criminal Code in a manner that is likely to disturb the public peace, deny or trivialise cruel and otherwise inhuman acts of violence against human beings in a manner that glorifies or trivialises such acts of violence or portrays the cruelty or inhumanity of the act in a manner that violates human dignity; this also applies to virtual depictions that serve as instructions for an unlawful act referred to in section 126 para. 1 of the Criminal Code, glorify war, violate human dignity, in particular by depicting people who are dying or who are or have been subjected to severe physical or mental suffering; consent is irrelevant, depict children or adolescents in unnaturally sexually accentuated postures; this also applies to virtual depictions that are sexist or pornographic and/or involve violence, the sexual abuse of children or adolescents or sexual acts of humans with animals; this also applies to virtual depictions that

 

” are pornographic or otherwise violate the provisions of the Youth Protection Act, the Criminal Code, the Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media (JMStV) or the Narcotics Act, the Medicines Act or the Weapons Act

 

” violate the rights of third parties.

 

3.2 Infringement

 

If a user violates the aforementioned regulations, Bahamad reserves the right to exclude the former from registration on bahamad.org and My Campaign with immediate effect and to delete the corresponding user data completely without stating reasons and excluding the assertion of claims for damages on the part of the user. In such cases, the right is expressly reserved to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings, in particular the assertion of claims for damages and/or the filing of criminal charges.

 

3.3 Copyright of the members

 

Participants retain all rights to the contributions they post. They grant the administrators of bahamad.org and Meine Kampagne rights of use to the contributions in the sense of copyright protection. This granting of rights serves the purpose of making available and distributing content on bahamad.org and via My Campaign. Copyright and personal rights remain unaffected. In particular, all members have the right to prohibit settings, other impairments or uses that are likely to jeopardise legitimate intellectual and personal interests in contributions.
